With the goals to drive new follows and increase social engagement, and differentiate the brand from other local jewellery shops, unique content and social strategy are in need that could resonate with the target audience and at the same time would effectively communicate the brand values and heritage.
Solution
The strategy covered brand positioning, social activation tactics, comprehensive content marketing and media planning. Start with a compelling brand message, we propose content pillars and derive detail social content calendar. To enhance emotional attachment, “Her Story” video featuring celebrity Grace Wong, was shot to bring up the message of unique characters of every women from all walks of life and embrace your way of beauty. Additionally, we produced high-quality, appealing visuals by using latest AI technologies and in-house videography, photography, and retouching. Apart from reinforcing the brand heritage, we designed thematic content to highlight King Fook’s timeless design and excellent craftmanship. And further attract new follows by creating educational content on topics like wedding customs and gems selection.
Outcome
The brand’s social media presence was revitalized with a consistent content calendar, resulting in a 72% increase in social page visits and a 65.7% increase in social page engagement. Organic reach has significantly improved, and attained high post engagement rate of 10%+ with post boosting ad campaign. By analyzing social post performance daily, we are able to refine the content and better tailor it to the audience, ensuring impressive results.
