Challenge
BloomSixteen, a brand-new organic skincare brand first launched its brand in Hong Kong targeting young-working female with natural ingredients and formulations.
Solution
Starting from scratch, we built the E-shop optimized for search engines; also responsible for social content creation and account management. Organized several PR / VIP events at Harvey Nichols, we took the opportunities to engage KOLs and viral product experience via IG stories and Facebook reels.
Outcome
From ground zero, we gained 400+ followers in the first month. Social page’s engagement increased 69% and the reach doubled after 6 months. The VIP event resulted in 30+ coverage.
